Ready to get your hands dirty and help the Pineywoods thrive? Join us for our recurring monthly volunteer day at Huntsville State Park!

Each month, we tackle a variety of critical conservation needs to keep this forest ecosystem healthy and accessible for everyone. Whether you are a regular volunteer or joining us for the first time, you’ll be working alongside a fun, supportive team dedicated to stewardship.

🛠️ You’ll be part of:

  • Removing invasive plant species to protect native biodiversity

  • Planting native trees and vegetation to support the forest canopy

  • improving trail accessibility and park infrastructure

  • Learning about forest management directly from park staff

📍 Location: Huntsville State Park

📅 Date & Time: This is a recurring monthly project. Please select your specific date from the registration options.

☀️ Wear comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a reusable water bottle. We recommend long pants and bug spray. All tools and supplies are provided!

📧 Final project details, including the specific meeting spot and hours, will be emailed 2 days before the event to all registered volunteers.
