Huntsville State Park

Join us for a rewarding morning of trail maintenance at Huntsville State Park on Sunday, July 7! After extreme weather events forced the park to close for over three weeks, the trails need our help more than ever. Saturated grounds have delayed clean-up efforts, but now we have a chance to make a difference.

We’ll kick off the day bright and early to beat the heat, equipped with loppers, clippers, and bags to clear the way. Don’t worry about bringing any tools or protective gear; we’ve got you covered with gloves, sunscreen, bug spray, and all the necessary equipment.

To keep our volunteers fueled, we’ll provide a tasty breakfast featuring kolaches, snacks, and coffee, with plenty of water, sodas, and sports drinks available throughout the event. This family-friendly outing is open to all ages, though children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Plus, we’re offering volunteer hours for students in need of service credits.

Come lend a hand and enjoy a morning of community service in the great outdoors!

SIGN UP AND WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH PERSON IN YOUR PARTY.
