The Road to Launch

The Application Window Feb 7 – March 14
Submit your application and choose your preferred city and track. (Note: Early applications are prioritized for interview slots.)
[Step 2]
Selection & Interviews Mid-March – Mid-April
We conduct a brief 30-minute "Fit Call" with top candidates to discuss the role and your leadership style.
[Step 3]
The "Skills Academy" Training April – Mid-May
Selected Captains undergo virtual onboarding and receive their gear (or "Event Boxes" for Dallas/SA) to prepare for the field.
[Step 4]
Launch Weekend June 6 – 7
Go Time. Our new chapters in Dallas and San Antonio officially launch, and Houston kicks off the summer season.
