Volunteer Opportunity: Flood Recovery at Colorado Bend State Park
Be part of something special at our first-ever volunteer project at Colorado Bend State Park on Saturday, October 25 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM!
After the devastating Hill Country floods earlier this year, park staff are working hard to reopen public areas safely. Volunteers will help by removing debris from trails and access points, supporting the park’s recovery and restoration.
This project is family-friendly with adult supervision for kids, and volunteer hours are available upon request.
🛠️ You’ll be part of:
Removing debris and flood-damaged materials from public areas
Helping restore accessibility for visitors
Supporting the park’s long-term recovery and resilience
